Demo System Practice Exercises

Q: What is Demoton?
A: Demotown is a copy of the Beacon Site that is populated with fictional data.  It can be used to practise administration tasks without risk of damage to real data in the live system.

Three Training Exercises have been created for new users to practice with Beacon:

1. Roles, Privileges and System Users (exercises for the System Administrator).
   
   
2. Adding New Members (exercises for the Membership Secretary)
   
   
3.  Venues and Groups (exercises for Groups Co-ordinators and Group Leaders)
