The exercises in this article are generally applicable to the Groups Co-ordinator and Group Leaders. Further guidance can be found in Section 5. Groups.
a) Add a New Venue
Select Venues from the main screen
Select Add New Venue
Complete the form on screen using the details provided below:
Venue: The Feelgood Centre

b) Add a New Group
Select Groups from the main screen
Select Add Group
Complete the form on screen using the details provided below:
Group: Witches & Warlocks
Maximum members: 66
When: every 4th Friday
Normal start time: 22:30
Contact: any name [Jenny?] and Number: [666909]
Venue: The Feelgood Centre
Information: Study of the paranormal, spells and other perceived Hocus Pocus. Extra meetings are held when there is a full moon. Hat & Gown essential
Notes: We visit Haldon Wood Monument if it’s a full moon. Expenses: £5 collected per member to cover cost of room hire and purchases of spell ingredients.
When you press Save Record, the Details page is saved. New Schedule, Members and Ledger pages are created and can be populated.
Add Group Meetings
Click on Schedule to add the meetings to the Calendar:
Click in the First date and time box and select the 1st meeting date
Then select 4th Friday the month from the drop down menu
Specify the number of meetings to be created, either by entering a specific number, or defining a 'not beyond' date
Press Add Events to add the new meetings to the Calendar.
Add Members to the Group
Click on Members
The Members page is where the Group Leader will add and remove members from the Group.
First select the Group Leader’s name from the Add member by name drop-down list and press Add. Then click Add Leader in the right hand column to designate the member as the Group Leader.
You can then add more members in the same way and try removing some by clicking Remove.
