11. Beacon Users Forum

The Beacon Users Forum has been provided to support people using Beacon and to allow users to give feedback about possible bugs, usability issues and suggestions for new features. The Forum is a peer-to-peer resource to enable users to help one another. It is monitored from time to time by the Beacon Support Team who may respond to unresolved issues. They will also take the feedback into account when deciding upon future changes.
