Hints on watching Videos in the User Guide

There are a number of videos within the User Guide. Here are some tips for getting the most from these videos:

• Clicking the button in the centre of the video image [A] will open the video on the same page.
• Clicking Watch on YouTube [B] will open the video in a new tab.

Hovering the cursor over a video while it is running will reveal a menu bar at the bottom of the screen from which you can select a number of options. There are more options available when viewing in YouTube:

• Pause the video [C]
• Move to the next video in YouTube [D] which may (or may not) be related to Beacon.
• Mute/unmute the sound[E]
• Turn Autoplay on/off [G]. When it is on, another video will start up when you finish watching the first one.
• Turn the sub-titles on/off [H]
• Open the settings menu [J] where you can change the playback speed and resolution of the video
• View in Miniplayer [K] - a small separate mini-screen
• View in Cinema (wide) mode [L] 
• View in Full Screen mode [M] - press the Escape key to return to exit Full Screen
• The horizontal line [F] shows how far through the video you are. You can move to an earlier or later point in the video by clicking and dragging the red circle along the line
