Best ways to use the User Guide

To find appropriate guidance, you can either select any of the articles listed in the contents or enter a keyword or phrase in the Search box.

The Search box can also be accessed from any Beacon page by clicking the "Help" widget (bottom left of each screen.

Tip - enclose a phrase in quotation marks otherwise the search will list links to every single word as well as the whole phrase.

In order to improve the User Guide, it would be helpful if you could indicate whether the article was useful or not by checking the appropriate box at the end of every article.

The "Have more questions? The Submit a request" option at the end of each article should only be used if all other avenues have been explored (i.e. this User Guide and appropriate members of your u3a) as there is only a very small team of volunteers to deal with queries.
