As part of our efforts to increase the transparency of our development and maintenance operations, we have a section on the Beacon Help Centre called Beacon service notifications.
In this section, we will publish details of all issues and notices affecting Beacon.
You may wish to 'follow' the section; to do this, click the 'follow' button and select 'New articles' from the dropdown. You'll then receive a notification by email each time a new service notification is published.
In the event of a service incident, we will create a dedicated article containing all the detail about the incident and what, if anything, Beacon users or administrators need to do.
We will also post details of any issues we are investigating and any new features we are developing.
