About this issue
We are developing a feature to check emails sent via Beacon for spam content before they are processed by SendGrid.
This is to protect users from accidentally including spam content from outside the system in Beacon emails they send out.
What we're doing to fix it
Links included in emails sent by Beacon will be checked against an external database of known malicious domains.
This feature is now being tested before release.
What you need to do in the meantime
No action is required by Beacon users at this time. However, all Beacon users should follow email best practice to ensure maximum deliverability. Read more in Tips for Sending Emails from Beacon and Email Delivery explained.
