About this issue
We are aware of a bug affecting a very small number of online renewals where Beacon has generated a duplicate transaction in respect of the renewal.
What we're doing to fix it
We are currently investigating this bug. Once the cause has been established, our development team will schedule work to fix it.
What you need to do in the meantime
If you become aware of a duplicate transaction in respect of an online renewal payment, please raise a support ticket including the name of your u3a and the transaction ID numbers of the duplicated records.
If we discover during our investigation that your u3a has been affected, we will contact your Beacon administrator.
